“Poor quality workmanship. After 12 months of periodic use, Mitre Saw blade and fence have become out of true and unable to be corrected. Would not buy another Evolution product nor recommend them. Should have stuck with Dewalt, albeit more expensive you pay for quality.”

“Customer service terrible from the director and his team down to front line head engineer who basically lies. Had three generators all broken and u/s. Main engine got sent off for fixing 3 times for poor welding, pull cords breaking and cheap plastic breaking/ snapping within weeks of purchase. Overall experience if I could give a minus I would. If you are looking for the worst service, poor quality products and like being lied to this is the company to use!!!”

“I contacted you regarding a evosaw355 355mm steel cutting saw 230v which has broken part no. F142u00074 This is the 3rd evoloution saw i have had 2nd within 12months. This one I only purchased on 6th January this year. I was told someone would contact me as i send my proof of purchase and everything requested to Danielle@evolution.powertools.com.”
