Wouldn't honour warranty for a bad armature. Not impressed.

Arrived with the table bent. Customer Service, however, was very efficient at arranging collection. I await a replacement. For me this is not much of a problem but had I needed the tool for a specific job it would have been very inconvenient. Maybe your quality control of packing would benefit from an upgrade?

I purchased the mitre saw from B & Q Bridge of Dee, Aberdeen to find some of the parts missing when I opened the box. I have not been able to take this matter up with the store yet as I have been out of town since I purchased the tool. I suggest you take this matter up with the store concernec as it reflects poorly on your product.

A couple of minor damaged pieces and missing bolts. The fence is quite inaccurate and very hard to calibrate.

Bought a rage 3 saw made 3 cuts with it in mdf the and the garud broke the. There was a lot of wobble on the blade and the cut from the blade provided was awfull. The product has. Been replaced and I'm hoping this one is better still need to set it up but I will def be replacing the blade if it does not fall apart first

I already own and am pleased with an Evolution circular saw. When the need for a saw bench arose the multi cut blade made Evolution an obvious choice. Assembly was quite straight forward and the first few cuts suggested an excellent product. However, after making around 30 cuts through some 3x2 timbers the saw stopped cutting although the motor was running. Investigation reveals that the saw blade is loose but the locating bolt is tight? The instruction book does not explain how to lock the motor so that I can remove the blade and find out what is wrong. So first impressions have changed and I am now beginning to regret my choice.

I bought the circular mitre saw model R210 CMS from screwfix.eu! Since the machine was released, there was a strong circular sparkle of the brushes. I contacted the salesperson, it turned out to be a complicated procedure for returning the product and refunding the amount. In Bulgaria I did not find a service for these machines

I looked on google first. The saw I was looking at was the larger one with the cut all saw blade. The one I got from Screwfix was the 210 didn’t fine out until I open it and started to use it limited use

Contray to what I had exepected, the mitre saw was not remotely a "use it out of the box" experience. It took about 3 hours to assemble and set up (surprising it's not already correctly adjusted for angles etc.). Moreover once set up the instructions then pointed that I need a saw bench or large board to attach it to.

My evosaw 355 broke down after owning it for only a few months. It has done very little work. As if that wasn't bad enough, I contacted the seller and they have been waiting for 4 working days for Evolution to decide which postal method would suit them best to return it for repair. They tell me that evolution are refusing to provide a loaner saw in the meantime so I will be unable to work until it is repaired. The saw was very expensive and is way below the standard it should be. Evolution's customer service is dreadful. I am hugely disappointed that this 'professional grade' tool has broken so soon and I am hugely disappointed at Evolutions pathetic customer service. I will not be buying any more evolution tools. I will also ensure that all members of the metal trades community where I live are aware of my experiences. I should have bought the Dewalt.

Primarily the saw does not produce an accurate cut on a 10" wide board, as the saw blade is not 100% parallel to the sliding mechanism: this means the kerf is not an even width from the back of the cut to the front, producing a 'wobbly' cut. Having spoken to Evolution about this, they say that the saw is not designed to produce such accurate cuts, as it is not a joinery saw. Evolution insist that first and foremost the saw is a multi-purpose saw designed to cut many materials, one of which is wood, and that the saw is for first-fix work, not accurate second-fix. The reality is that this saw is merely designed to cut a 10" board, not cut a 10" board accurately. MY MISTAKE! I bought this saw thinking it would be sufficiently engineered to produce accurate cuts, as I need to produce all sorts of work from first-fix to second-fix to the odd custom kitchen cupboard. I think it would be better if Evolution clearly stated the saw's accuracy on its website, or was I supposed to deduce that a multi-saw is just an inaccurate rough-cut saw?

Did 5 cuts on some 3mm mild steel and the blade is now blunt! Also the adjustable angle fixing point on the back doesn't tighten up therefore flex's. Not Impressed but definitely a very budget saw!
