You allow third parties to sell your tools outside of the UK but your warranty does not cover outside the UK. it's simply ridiculous

i had the 355 chopsaw that didnt last long till it went wrong it hadnt done a lot of work but was out of warranty. i have now bought the evosaw355 in hoping it lasts longer. the main reason was i had a new steel blade and didnt want to throw away and it would only fit your machnine.

Saw was very poor quality, the mitre gauge was useless and very poorly made. I emailed Evolution several times but got no response so I returned the tool to Amazon for a refund. If you want to try any Evolution tools your best bet is to buy from Amazon. When you find out how bad they are you can then return them for a full refund.

Thank you for your review and we are very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your saw. Can you please provide further details of where you sent emails too as we usually respond to all emails within the same business day. In terms of the quality issue that you experienced this is not our usual standard of quality as we pride ourselves on providing good value products with a 3 year manufacturing warranty.

Bought this in July from Amazon. Used it on a small garden DIY project and now has stopped working. Very disappointed

My partner bought me the Fury 6 as a Christmas gift to leave at home as back up for work but also for home DIY. I've used it 3 times but it seems faulty as its sparking and too dangerous to further use. I registered for warranty, but sadly the warranty is pointless without the receipt, which is no good for me. Good for the bin and not much else.

The Evolution Rage 3 blade is excellent, however everything else on the mitre/chop saw has proven to be extremely poor quality. After just 1 week the handle fell off. 1 month & the screw down clamp for the wood , sheered off at the bottom . Another fastener fell off 2 months later . Straight out of the box & nothing was straight or true . The basic 90° angle was out & constantly has to be reset . The adjusters & threads on everything seem poor . I'm only a very light DIY user & it's simply fallen apart in it's first year . Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer were interested whilst it was under warranty. A great blade ruined by shoddy construction & poor materials. BUYERS BEWARE

This sander only worked for a few minutes. It then cut out. Then it worked again for a bit. Then it didn't. I tried it the next day, having tried changing the fuse in the plug, in case that was the problem but it did not work at all. A bit of a waste of time and a shame as it looked like a good little sander. I registered with support at Evolution and mailed them but had no reply so sent it back for a refund.

The Evolution EVO 380. This saw is in the same class as a Harbor Freight Chap saw. I have made 6 cuts with it and everyone is junk. None of the degree marking on the fence are correct. I check the angle before cutting and found it to be over 10* out. Set the back fence to where it should be and started cutting. The material will not stay in place no matter how tight you tighten it. When you start to cut the fence will come loose causing it walk. Please save your money and go buy from Harbor Freight at least you can return there junk when it does not work correct

I bought the PRO-MSAW-RAGE3-DB saw, new, through eBay and have had problems cutting mitres and squares until I discovered the bed is not square and the laser is out of line. Every time I use it, I have to level the saw horizontally and vertically as the calibration seems wrong. The ironic thing is.. I gave my 16 year old DeWalt saw to my son. Two weeks hence and not a squeak from customer support. I'm ashamed to say that other countries make better and reliable tools!!!

First machine had no locating hole for machine lock in order to tighten blade. There was a burning smell from motor and a scraping noise from blade. Machine was also very sluggish to start. Replacement machine I had problems with blade not staying tight during rotation and slide would work its way loose. Dangerous to say the least. Both machines have been sent back. In less than 30 mins of use and in less than a week

I'll never buy any of your tools again, your chuck saw has broken down again, same problem, the saw guard ... I bought this from Machine Mart in Edinburgh which is a 40 mile journey from where I live (after spending hundreds of £s with them, the treatment from them is horrible), and it only lasted a few weeks when the guard stopped working, so I had to "bring it in" and they sent it off to you, and when I got it back (4 journeys - 80 miles approx) it still was not right, and now it's done it again... To cut a long story short, you want me to do another 40 mile journey taking the saw in, and I have to provide samples of what I'm cutting, like, your having a laugh right???!!! Also, every now and then, the saw jumps near the end of the cut, perhaps that's how the guard is broken .... I am absolutely disgusted with machine Mart and you and will never buy from either....

it packed up after using it the third time. i only had it for a month or less in fact and was used for about 20 min in total run time and now is as dead as a dodo. i was cutting aluminium which was less than 2mm thick so not as if i was asking it to do something it could not handle. I went to use it last week and does not even turn on.
